Remote Technical Program Manager

Position Summary:
HubSpot is seeking a Remote Technical Program Manager to join our distributed team. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of technical projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise
- Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a remote work environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate team members in different time zones

Desired Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for this Remote Technical Program Manager position at HubSpot is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
