Position Summary:
As a Remote Technical Recruiter at Brainly, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing team. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and market trends in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders remotely.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a virtual setting.
Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit and make data-driven hiring decisions.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, Brainly provides a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities to foster a strong sense of community.
