Your expertise will ensure seamless navigation of WordPress features and troubleshooting of technical issues, contributing to a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, or forums promptly and professionally
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to WordPress functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user concerns
- Create and update support documentation to assist users in self-solving common issues

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and web applications remotely
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to focused work

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
