Position Summary:
Atlassian is seeking a talented Remote UI/UX Designer to join our innovative design team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products. As a key member of the design team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user interface designs, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Maintain design consistency and quality across all digital products
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and outcomes
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Comfortable working in a distributed team across different time zones
- Familiarity with design version control systems such as Git

Desired Skills:
- Experience in conducting usability testing and accessibility evaluations
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience and qualifications
