Position Summary:
As a Remote UI/UX Designer at Miro, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital collaboration platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging user experiences that enhance our product's usability and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces based on product requirements and user feedback
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Create design assets and maintain design systems for scalability
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to focused work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless collaboration
- Comfortable working across different time zones as needed
Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Miro

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience
