Position Summary:
Intuit is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our remote sales team in driving revenue growth and market expansion. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and drive business growth
- Lead and mentor a remote sales team to optimize performance and exceed targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to inform sales strategies

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate a remote sales team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing market landscape and lead through ambiguity
- Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies for effective virtual collaboration
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection for seamless virtual communication
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce
- Flexible working hours to accommodate team members in different time zones (Pacific Time preferred)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote team management and virtual sales training programs
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools for streamlined processes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive strategic decision-making
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience
