Key Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Valid Food Safe certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Experience working in a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
- Multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., Serving It Right)
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Restaurant Manager position at Chateau Lake Louise is between $55,000 to $70,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
