Key Responsibilities For Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage and motivate a team of waitstaff, chefs, and kitchen assistants to maintain high standards of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance overall profitability.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar upscale dining environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests, staff, and suppliers effectively.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, costing, and quality control.
- Food Hygiene and Safety certification in line with industry standards.
