Key Responsibilities for Scheduling Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for various departments within the organization
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events ensuring optimal use of time and resources

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset
- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with scheduling software or tools
- Knowledge of basic project management principles
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Scheduling Coordinator position at RBC in Quebec City is between $40,000 to $50,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
