Key Responsibilities For Secondary School Teacher:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to secondary school students in line with the national curriculum
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through a variety of methods, including examinations and coursework
- Provide feedback to students, parents and colleagues on academic performance and areas for improvement
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes students' personal and academic development
- Collaborate with other teachers, school staff and external stakeholders to support students' overall well-being
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events as required
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and educational policies in the UK
- Experience working with secondary school students in a teaching capacity
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desired Skills:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field
- Experience using technology in the classroom to enhance learning outcomes

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
