Position Summary
Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a skilled SEM Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This remote position will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic, enhance brand visibility, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads, PPC campaign management, and data-driven decision-making to support our mission of reaching patients and healthcare professionals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to align with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
- Write compelling ad copy and create A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Implement conversion tracking and generate detailed reports to measure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEM.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SEM, PPC, or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads management and PPC campaign optimization.
- Strong expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Experience with conversion tracking and performance analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Education
Others: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent professional experience in SEM or digital advertising will be considered.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Bing Ads or other PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing regulations (a plus but not required).
- Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics.
Compensation & Benefits
Bristol-Myers Squibb offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $63,000 to $112,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
