Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analytics Manager – Digital Strategy to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States. The Senior Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading our digital analytics efforts, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize our online presence and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You will play a critical role in shaping our digital strategy and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy aligned with business goals. Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of website, social media, and marketing campaign data. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize website content, user experience, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and business development, to drive data-informed decision-making. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve website conversion rates and marketing effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital analytics. Manage and mentor a team of junior analysts. Ensure data quality and accuracy across all analytics platforms. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on website and marketing campaign performance. Proven ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets and translate them into business recommendations. Strong experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience managing and mentoring a team. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Demonstrated experience with remote collaboration tools and communication best practices. Technical Requirements To ensure a productive remote work experience, the following technical requirements are essential: Dedicated home office space free from distractions. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this fully remote Senior Analytics Manager - Digital Strategy position is $140,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
