Position Summary Perkins Coie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a fully remote team member, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing strategies to support firm initiatives, including event promotion, content distribution, and lead generation. Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including audience segmentation, content creation, design, testing, deployment, and reporting. Write compelling and engaging email copy that adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with marketing colleagues, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Monitor email campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization. Manage and maintain the firm's email marketing platform (e.g., Marketo, Pardot). Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices, trends, and technologies. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act). Develop and maintain email marketing calendars and project timelines. Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success. Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email copy. Analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret email marketing metrics. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design. Experience with A/B testing and optimization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Technical Requirements As a remote employee, you will be responsible for providing a suitable home office environment that is conducive to productive work. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
