Position Summary

Perkins Coie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Data Analyst - Business Intelligence to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex healthcare data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate your findings effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various healthcare sources, including claims data, electronic health records (EHRs), and other relevant data systems.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare data to provide insights into cost drivers, utilization patterns, and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate effectively with remote colleagues.
  • Document all analytical processes and findings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with a focus on business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Must be located within the United States.

Technical Requirements

As a remote employee at Perkins Coie, you will be required to have the following:

  • A dedicated, distraction-free home office space.
  • Reliable high-speed internet access with a minimum upload/download speed of 25 Mbps.

Desired Skills

Compensation & Benefits
