Key Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Oversee and manage all on-site operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project delivery within set timelines and budget.
- Implement and enforce site policies and procedures, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Monitor progress, report on project status, and address any issues or delays promptly to ensure project success.
- Manage site resources effectively, including labour, equipment, and materials, to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a solid track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, construction processes, and quality standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address challenges proactively.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
