Key Responsibilities for Site Manager:

- Relevant qualifications such as a CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and a degree or HND in construction management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on quality control and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of workers to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits:
