Key Responsibilities For Software Development Manager

The Software Development Manager will lead a dynamic team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that meet our strategic objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset to ensure project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects.
- Managing the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Proven track record of managing all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong technical skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Compensation & Benefits

Nokia USA offers a competitive salary and benefits package for the Software Development Manager position. The annual salary range is $130,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
