Position Summary

Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the growth of our marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis, with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Manage end-to-end inventory planning, including replenishment strategies and stock allocation.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align supply with demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to streamline operations.
• Utilize ERP software to monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
• Support sustainability initiatives by identifying eco-friendly supply chain solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 0 to 8 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ERP software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.

Required Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Desired Skills

• Experience in e-commerce or retail supply chain management.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in supply chain operations.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $61,000 to $124,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Etsy, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
