Key Responsibilities For Systems Analyst The Systems Analyst at Electronic Arts (EA) will play a crucial role in supporting our technology infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance of our systems to facilitate the development and delivery of world-class entertainment experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing system requirements and addressing any relevant problems. - Performing standard testing and providing solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security. - Assisting in the development of software and system specifications along with project plans that meet business needs. - Overseeing the installation of new systems and performing system upgrades. - Evaluating existing systems to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborating with IT team members and other departments to enhance system functionality and efficiency. - Providing detailed reports on system performance, issues, and improvements. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of system structures, hardware, and software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to document requirements and specifications. Desired Skills - Experience with gaming industry technologies is highly desirable. - Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits Electronic Arts (EA) offers a competitive compensation package to attract and retain top talent. For the Systems Analyst position, the annual salary range is $70,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
