Key Responsibilities For Talent Acquisition Manager:
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates
- Build relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
- Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources
- Understanding of employer branding and social media recruitment strategies

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Talent Acquisition Manager position at Walmart Corporate in Orlando, Florida is $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
