Key Responsibilities For Tax Associate:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in tax compliance and reporting.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:
- CPA or progress towards certification is a plus.
- Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm or financial institution.
- Knowledge of international tax regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Tax Associate position at Stripe in Dallas, Texas is between $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
