Key Responsibilities For Tax Compliance Specialist:
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and timely
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax advice and support
- Assist in tax audits and respond to tax authorities' inquiries
- Develop and maintain tax documentation and records
- Participate in tax planning and research initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Desired Skills:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
- Experience with tax research tools such as CCH or RIA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Tax Compliance Specialist position at ADP in Wichita, Kansas, is $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
