Key Responsibilities For Tour Guide:
- Conduct informative and engaging tours of the hotel premises, highlighting key features and amenities to enhance guests' experience.
- Provide historical and cultural insights about Windsor and the surrounding area during tours.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Answer guests' questions and provide recommendations to enhance their overall stay at Westin Hotels.
- Collaborate with the hotel's concierge team to coordinate tour schedules and optimize guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tour guide or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to diverse groups of guests.
- Strong knowledge of Windsor's local attractions, history, and culture.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Tour Guide position at Westin Hotels in Windsor, Ontario, Canada is between $30,000 to $40,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
