Key Responsibilities for Train Driver:
- Safely operate trains in accordance with laid down regulations and procedures

- Conduct pre-departure checks on the train to verify its operational readiness

- Communicate effectively with control centres and signal operators to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of safety and security for both passengers and cargo on board
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the journey
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Train Driving Licence issued by the appropriate regulatory body
- Proven experience as a Train Driver, preferably in the logistics or transport sector
- Excellent understanding of railway safety regulations and protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical fitness and the capability to work in varying weather conditions
- A clean driving record and a commitment to upholding high professional standards
Desired Skills:
- Additional certifications in railway operations or transport management
- Knowledge of basic train maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with route planning software and GPS navigation systems

Compensation & Benefits:
