Key Responsibilities for Training & Development Manager:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels within the organization.
- Identify training needs through analysis of performance gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored learning solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of training initiatives, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training sessions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs within a corporate setting, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Training & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
