Key Responsibilities for Travel Coordinator:
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures
- Manage travel budgets and expenses, reconciling invoices and processing reimbursements
- Work closely with travel agencies and vendors to secure competitive rates and negotiate contracts
- Provide timely assistance and support to employees facing travel-related issues or emergencies
- Maintain accurate travel records and reports for auditing purposes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of travel booking platforms and reservation systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office suite and travel management software
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Travel Management or related field
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements
- Experience with expense management software
- Multilingual proficiency in languages commonly used in business travel
- Familiarity with risk management and travel security protocols
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Travel Coordinator position at Adecco in Charleston, West Virginia is $45,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
