Key Responsibilities For Travel Coordinator:
- Coordinate all aspects of business travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Manage travel itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure bookings and resolve any travel-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reimbursements
- Assist in developing and enforcing travel policies and guidelines
- Provide support for visa applications and other travel documentation requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel for managing travel budgets
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Travel Management or related field
- Multilingual proficiency for handling international travel arrangements
- Familiarity with travel risk management practices
- Experience with Concur or other travel expense management systems
- Negotiation skills for securing competitive travel rates
- Knowledge of cultural etiquette and customs for various destinations

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Travel Coordinator position at JPMorgan Chase in Honolulu, Hawaii is $50,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
