Key Responsibilities for Travel Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Research and book cost-effective travel options while adhering to company travel policies and budgets
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation for expense reporting and compliance purposes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees
- Collaborate with external travel agencies and vendors to negotiate favorable rates and ensure seamless travel experiences for employees
- Monitor travel trends and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and reservation systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office suite and travel management software
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with employees and external partners
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Travel and Tourism Management
- Familiarity with travel risk management practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Understanding of international travel regulations and visa requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Travel Coordinator position at Oracle in Miami, Florida is $55,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
