Key Responsibilities for Treasury Analyst:

- Support treasury operations by reconciling bank accounts and processing payments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury operations
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and treasury management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Desired Skills:
- Professional certification such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
- Experience with Bloomberg terminal or other financial data platforms
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to treasury operations
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency in treasury operations

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Treasury Analyst position at Citigroup in Richmond, Virginia is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000.
