Key Responsibilities For Treasury Analyst: - Conduct cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flow positions, and executing fund transfers. - Assist in managing relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to ensure optimal services. - Analyze financial data to support liquidity management, investment strategies, and risk mitigation. - Prepare and review various treasury reports, including cash flow statements and liquidity forecasts. - Support treasury operations by assisting in the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems and processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize working capital and liquidity management strategies. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or related financial roles. - Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management systems. - Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Desired Skills: - Master's degree in Finance or related field. - Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). - Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or other financial data platforms. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis. - Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for the Treasury Analyst position at Morgan Stanley in Hartford, Connecticut is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
