Key Responsibilities for Treasury Manager:
- Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and ensure efficient cash flow management.
- Monitor and forecast cash positions to support daily operational needs and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee banking relationships, including negotiating terms and fees, and managing bank accounts.
- Manage debt and investment portfolios to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to treasury processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CTP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and treasury software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Desired Skills:

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for the Treasury Manager position at Crowe LLP in Billings, Montana is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
