Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in treasury operations or cash management within the banking industry
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking products, and cash management principles
- Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial software
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to treasury operations

Desired Skills:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of process improvement and automation in treasury operations

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Treasury Operations Specialist position at TD Bank in Orlando, Florida, is $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
