Position Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated UI Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces for our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, responsive, and high-performing web experiences that align with Humana’s mission and user needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web performance for fast loading times. Collaborate with designers, UX specialists, and backend developers to implement visually appealing and functional interfaces. Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues to enhance user experience. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for front-end development. Required Qualifications 1 to 13 years of experience in front-end web development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of responsive design principles. Experience with web performance optimization techniques. Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility for a seamless user experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Required Education Others – A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience and certifications will also be considered. Desired Skills Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Compensation & Benefits Humana offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $64,000 to $94,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
