Position Summary The UX/UI Designer will join Hershey’s digital experience team to design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications. Required Qualifications 4 to 12 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within consumer‑focused or e‑commerce environments. Demonstrated mastery of UI design principles and best practices, including visual hierarchy, affordance, and accessibility standards. Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as modern UI design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD). Strong foundation in typography and color theory, with the ability to create balanced, brand‑aligned visual compositions. Experience designing for responsive and adaptive layouts across multiple screen sizes. Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects, highlighting problem‑solving, user research, and visual design outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Required Education Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a comparable discipline).
