Key Responsibilities For Visual Merchandiser:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall look and feel of the store
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase products and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing and store teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish merchandise as needed to maintain visual standards
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
- Strong understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and graphic design software

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Visual Merchandiser position at Loblaw Companies in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada is between $40,000 to $50,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
