Required Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification

- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for the Wealth Advisor position at BlackRock in Richmond, Virginia is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
