Key Responsibilities for Wealth Advisor:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored investment advice.
- Analyze clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to create comprehensive wealth management plans.
- Recommend appropriate investment products and strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their objectives and market conditions.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as portfolio managers and financial planners, to deliver holistic financial solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related field.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, asset allocation, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
Desired Skills:
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Wealth Advisor position at Vanguard in Boise, Idaho is $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
