Key Responsibilities for Welder:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Perform welding tasks using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment

- Conduct maintenance and repair work on existing structures, equipment, and machinery

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Required Qualifications:
- Certified Welder with a valid Welder trade certification (e.g., Red Seal)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding in a construction or related environment
- Proficient in various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures

Desired Skills:
- Experience with metal fabrication and cutting tools
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:
