- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects on time and within budget, preferably using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management tools.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity), cloud services and infrastructure relevant to live‑service environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is highly desirable.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to travel occasionally to other EA Canada locations or partner studios.
Desired Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and metrics‑driven decision making for live‑ops optimisation.
- Knowledge of Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA) and industry‑specific compliance standards.
- Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple time zones, leveraging collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Passion for video games and an understanding of current market trends and player expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Performance‑based bonus and equity participation opportunities.
- Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage for employee and eligible dependents.
