Key Responsibilities For Customer Service Advisor As a Customer Service Advisor at Sainsbury's Belfast, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience for all our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner. * Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, card payments, and vouchers. * Promoting Sainsbury's products and services, offering helpful product information and making relevant recommendations. * Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to Sainsbury's health and safety standards. * Building strong relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding their needs. * Working effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store atmosphere. * Adhering to Sainsbury's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Required Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. * A positive and proactive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Desired Skills * Experience in using point-of-sale systems. * Knowledge of Sainsbury's products and services. * Ability to speak additional languages. * Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
