Key Responsibilities For Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor at Sainsbury's Belfast, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience for all our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
* Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, card payments, and vouchers.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
