We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities For Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This will involve:
* Planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including site preparation, construction, and handover.
* Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
* Managing project risks and resolving any issues that arise during construction.
* Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management on a regular basis.
* Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Desired Skills
* Membership of a professional body such as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Association for Project Management (APM).
* Experience in managing residential or commercial projects.
* Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) technologies.
* Familiarity with health and safety management systems.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will also receive:
