Key Responsibilities For Web Designer As a Web Designer at Fremantle Media, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites and digital experiences that reflect our brand identity and engage our audiences. You will work closely with our in-house teams and external partners to design and develop websites, landing pages, and interactive experiences that meet our creative vision and business objectives. Specific responsibilities will include: * Designing and developing responsive websites and digital experiences across multiple platforms and devices. * Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts. * Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard design tools. * Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and style guides. * Ensuring website accessibility and usability across all devices and browsers. * Collaborating with developers to implement designs and ensure smooth functionality. * Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions. * Staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies. Required Qualifications * A portfolio of work demonstrating strong web design skills and experience. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). * Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive web design. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * A passion for creating innovative and engaging digital experiences. Desired Skills * Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal. * Knowledge of front-end development frameworks and libraries. * Experience with animation and interactive design. * Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. * Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
