Visual Merchandiser Dundee, Scotland Sainsbury's is seeking a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Dundee. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating inspiring and engaging store environments that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies across the store, ensuring consistency with Sainsbury's brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns. * Create eye-catching window displays, in-store promotions, and product presentations that reflect current trends and customer preferences. * Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store, including regular stock replenishment and tidiness of fixtures and fittings. * Collaborate with store management and colleagues to implement visual merchandising plans and ensure effective communication of promotional activities. * Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise visual merchandising strategies. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising. Required Qualifications * Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment. * Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Desired Skills * Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. * Knowledge of Sainsbury's brand and values. * Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and tools. * Creative flair and strong attention to detail.
