Key Responsibilities For Graphic Designer As a Graphic Designer at DMG Media, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brands to life through compelling visual designs. Your responsibilities will include: * Conceptualising and creating visually stunning designs for print and digital platforms, including newspapers, magazines, websites, social media, and marketing materials. * Collaborating with editors, journalists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs. * Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. * Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporating them into your work. * Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. * Providing constructive feedback to colleagues and contributing to a collaborative and creative work environment. Required Qualifications * A degree in Graphic Design or a related field. * A minimum of 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a media or publishing environment. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Desired Skills * Experience with web design and development. * Knowledge of HTML and CSS. * Familiarity with content management systems. * Experience with video editing software. * Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work. Compensation & Benefits DMG Media offers a competitive salary package for this role, with a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
