Key Responsibilities For Site Manager The Site Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects in London. The main responsibilities of this role include: · Managing and coordinating site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards · Supervising and directing site staff, including subcontractors and labourers, to ensure a safe and productive working environment · Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or defects · Implementing and maintaining Redrow's health and safety policies and procedures · Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience · Managing and controlling site costs, including labour, materials, and plant · Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Required Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to have: · A valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card · A relevant construction-related qualification, such as a degree in construction management or a related field · Proven experience in a site management role, preferably in the housebuilding industry · A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills · The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Desired Skills In addition to the required qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: · Experience of managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously · A working knowledge of building regulations, health and safety legislation, and environmental regulations · Familiarity with Redrow's systems and processes · A track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget · The ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders · A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary range of £60,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
