Key Responsibilities For Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The key responsibilities of this role include:
    • Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
    • Coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
    • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams
    • Managing confidential and sensitive information, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
    • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as required by senior leaders
    • Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures, to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably at executive level
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • A high level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
