Key Responsibilities For Nurse * Provide compassionate and holistic nursing care to patients, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any concerns. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection regulations are adhered to. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information about patient care and treatment plans. * Participate in continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and advancements in nursing. * Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures. * Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Required Qualifications * Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration. * Relevant experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a private healthcare environment. * Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Desired Skills * Experience in a specific clinical specialty (e.g., orthopaedics, cardiology, oncology). * Knowledge of electronic patient record systems. * Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary package for this role, with an annual salary range of £31,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
