Key Responsibilities For Product Manager The Product Manager will play a critical role in developing and launching new products and features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The main responsibilities of this role include: * Defining product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps * Conducting market research and analysis to inform product decisions and stay ahead of the competition * Collaborating with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features * Developing business cases and proposals to secure resources and investment for product initiatives * Working with stakeholders to prioritize product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives * Analyzing customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and measure product success Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business administration, or engineering * A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry * Proven track record of delivering successful products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform product decisions Desired Skills In addition to the required qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: * Experience with agile development methodologies and product development processes * Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as Amazon Web Services * Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with customer feedback and survey tools, such as UserVoice or SurveyMonkey * A passion for innovation and customer obsession, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
