Key Responsibilities For Technical Consultant As a Technical Consultant at Apple UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our enterprise customers. This will involve: * Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to Apple hardware, software, and services. * Providing expert guidance and recommendations to customers on Apple solutions. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. * Delivering training and presentations to customers on Apple products and services. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Apple technologies and industry trends. * Providing feedback to product development teams to improve Apple products and services. Compensation & Benefits Apple UK offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience. The annual salary range for this position is £40,000 - £55,000.
