Key Responsibilities For Physiotherapist The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. The key responsibilities of this role include: · Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine the most effective treatment plans · Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, including exercise programmes, manual therapy, and education · Providing high-quality, patient-centred care that meets the needs and expectations of patients · Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure seamless care and effective communication · Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress · Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in physiotherapy Required Qualifications To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following essential qualifications: · A degree in Physiotherapy or a related field · Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) · Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) · A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a clinical setting · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders Desired Skills While not essential, the following skills and qualities are desirable: · Experience working in a private healthcare setting or similar environment · Knowledge of a range of physiotherapy specialisms, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports physiotherapy · Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively · Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying current with best practices and advancements in physiotherapy Compensation & Benefits Boots Pharmacy offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
